2. Services
We offer accommodation bookings, diving activities, yoga and dance classes, and restaurant services. Each service is subject to availability and specific conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Accommodation and diving experiences require a confirmed booking, either online or through direct communication.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash (within legal cash limits).
- Some services may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Accommodation cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to receive a full refund.
- Diving activities, yoga classes, and dance sessions may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after these periods may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Liability
- All guests participate in diving, yoga, and dance activities at their own risk.
- We strongly recommend that guests have valid travel and health insurance.
- We are not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
6. Health and Safety
- For diving activities, participants must complete a health questionnaire and may be required to present a medical certificate.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety conditions are not met.
- Guests must follow staff instructions during activities and respect safety guidelines at all times.
7. Use of App
- All content, images, and text on this website are the property of Lanzarote Holiday unless otherwise stated.
- Photos from the Timelab in our gallery are used with thanks to Memoria de Lanzarote.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used to provide our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
