For Check-in you have to come to Reception from Costa Volcan. Please kindly respect the check-in hours. If you arrive earlier, contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you, depending on our schedule.

In case you have to wait for the Check-in, we have a luggage room, to store your bags. Our Pool Bar and Swimming Pool is open for shorten your waiting time.

Attend you 24 hours every day. We can inform you about Rent a Car and everything you want. As well you can hire fans, hair dryer, irons, please ask us. Also you get informations about the various excursions on our island.

A minimarket is located within Costa Volcan next to reception and is open 24 hours a day.

Here you can buy drinks, snacks and basic essentials at any time.

Enjoy our pool area in Costa Volcan from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.

There is a spa in the pool and free of charge for our guests. The spa jets work continuously:

from 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm

from 3.00 pm to 3.30 pm

Sunbeds

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RESERVE SUNBEDS!

The company reserves the right to remove the towels that occupy the sun loungers.

For safety reasons the pool area is closed from:

from 7.00 am to 9.00 am

Terrace

For your safety, please always close doors and windows when leaving the apartment. We also recommend lock the terrace door and making sure it is securely locked at night or when you're away.

Please don’t leave anything on the terrace overnight.

Staying Safe

To avoid accidents, please do not enter the public areas in wet clothing.

Fire

There is a floor plan in the room. In case of fire, follow the instructions provided and the emergency exit signs. Do not use the elevators. Never leave candles or open flames unattended. The hotel has a central fire alarm system – please contact reception immediately in case of emergency.

Electricity

The apartments are equipped with 220V outlets. Please, if you leave the room, turn off the lights. You will help the environment; our future depends on it.

Cleaning schedules

Our cleaning service is available daily between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Your room will be cleaned every second day, with fresh towels provided at the same time. Bed linens are changed every fourth day to ensure your comfort. We care about protecting the environment and using water responsibly, as it’s a precious and limited resource.
